From ribs to anatomical cuts: the vacuum sealer that does not fear punctures.
The packaging of fresh meat, especially cuts such as ribs or pieces with the presence of protruding bones, requires technology that goes beyond a simple vacuum, but uses plastic films suitable for puncture resistance and soldering stations that allow sealing while preserving the areas where the bone is in sight. The challenge is therefore to ensure that the plastic film does not undergo micro-punctures caused by the hard parts of the product, which would compromise the entire package and that it can have the most homogeneous thickness possible over the entire thermoformed surface.

To meet the needs of this specific sector, we have configured the VKF90 thermoformer, a solution designed to manage thick films with a high barrier. The heart of the system is an extremely precise thermoforming process, capable of creating housings that accommodate cuts of meat, minimizing mechanical tension on the film at critical points.
Designed for extreme environments: The VKF90 is built to operate in the challenging environments of packaging meat (fresh or processed). The structure guarantees maximum hygiene even in the face of intensive washing. Thanks to integrated roller conveyors, the machine handles heavy loads effortlessly, while the suction system ensures a “skin-like” effect perfect: the film adheres to the meat even in the presence of irregular shapes, eliminating any air residue.
