With the thermoformer VKF90, we have developed a packaging solution in MAP (Protective Atmosphere) that combines performance and design. The heart of innovation is the use of Cartene tray: a paper/polymer composite material that drastically reduces the use of plastic, without sacrificing compatibility with industrial rhythms.

While the upper high-barrier film guarantees absolute transparency and total protection from oxidation, the Cartene support gives the product anatural aesthetics, making it immediately recognizable in the fridge counter. Thanks to the flexibility of the VKF90, it is possible to manage the transition between single portions and multi-product formats extremely quickly, serving both artisanal sausage factories and large retailers with the same efficiency.
