For this project we have developed a dedicated configuration of the series VKF30, optimized for vacuum packaging on flat cardboard support.

The heart of the solution lies in the precision of the process: the upper film gently wraps the product, locking it perfectly on the support. This system eliminates any spillage of liquids (drip-loss) and allows avertical exposure without compromise. Thanks to millimetric temperature control, the thermoformer avoids any deformation of the cardboard, ensuring a flat, rigid and durable packaging premium positioning, ideal for the most exclusive refrigerated cabinets.

To meet the customer's logistical constraints, we have also reduced the line footprint, offering a compact solution that maximizes productivity even in limited spaces.
