To meet the challenges of industrial baking, we have implemented a line based on the thermoformer VKF90, configured specifically for packaging in Protective Atmosphere (MAP) of pizzas, pinse and focaccia. The system guarantees an extremely precise gas injection with constant monitoring of the oxygen residue, preserving intact the organoleptic properties and the vibrancy of the colors of the fresh ingredients.
To maximize aesthetic impact and efficiency, the VKF90 has been equipped with contoured cutting systems that follow the circular profile of the product. This solution eliminates excess film, optimizing the logistics footprint in cartons and refrigerated cabinets. The flexibility of the line also makes it possible to manage different diameters and filling variants with minimum setup times, ensuring constant productivity.
